Job summary

Ivy Health is seeking a Pediatric ABA Clinic Director & Investing Partner to build a new Butler, PA clinic from the ground up. You will lead clinical services, recruit and develop the team, and foster local partnerships while leveraging Ivy’s infrastructure and leadership support.

The role emphasizes autonomy, equity-building, and exceptional patient care, with guidance from experienced clinic leaders and collaboration across departments to ensure a successful launch.

Qualifications

• BCBA license required.
• Pediatric ABA experience preferred.
• Strong leadership and team-building skills.
• Ability to establish and grow a start-up clinic.

Responsibilities

• Lead the new clinic from concept to launch, including location, team, culture, and patient experience.
• Hire, develop, and manage the clinic team.
• Build relationships with referral partners and the community.
• Collaborate with Ivy Health teams across real estate, operations, marketing, finance, and payer contracting.
• Ensure high-quality patient care and operational efficiency.
