Ivy Health in Butler, PA is seeking a Clinic Director and Investing Partner to build a new pediatric ABA clinic from the ground up. You will oversee clinical and non-clinical teams, set clinical standards, and develop individualized treatment plans while partnering with Ivy Health leadership to turn vision into a sustainable practice.

Qualifications

• Graduate from an accredited Applied Behavior Analysis program.
• Current or pending BCBA license or certification.
• Pediatric experience strongly preferred.

Responsibilities

• Deliver care within your licensed discipline and set the clinical standard for the clinic.
• Help choose the market, location, service mix, and patient experience.
• Recruit, develop, and lead the clinic team.
• Build relationships with referral partners and the community.
• Use business and clinical information to guide responsible growth.
• Partner with Ivy Health teams across real estate, operations, recruiting, marketing, finance, revenue cycle, IT, HR, Legal, Compliance, and payer contracting.
