Job summary

Ivy Health in Virginia is seeking a Pediatric ABA Clinic Director & Investing Partner (BCBA license required) to build a new clinic from the ground up, guiding clinical vision, team development, and patient experience while leveraging Ivy's infrastructure.

You will shape location, service mix, and community relationships, recruit and lead staff, and collaborate across real estate, operations, marketing, and payer contracting to ensure sustainable growth.

Qualifications

• BCBA license required.
• Pediatric experience strongly preferred.
• Graduate from an accredited Applied Behavior Analysis program.

Responsibilities

• Deliver care within your licensed discipline and set the clinical standard for the clinic.
• Help choose the market, location, service mix, and patient experience.
• Recruit, develop, and lead the clinic team.
• Build relationships with referral partners and the community.
• Use business and clinical information to guide responsible growth.
• Partner with Ivy Health teams across real estate, operations, recruiting, marketing, finance, revenue cycle, IT, HR, Legal, Compliance, and payer contracting.
