Job summary

Cranial Technologies, Inc. in Kansas City, MO is hiring an hourly, full-time Baby Imaging Specialist dedicated to delivering outstanding patient service. You will capture 3D images for each infant using the DSi imaging system and coordinate imaging workflows.

The role requires enthusiasm, quick learners, and the ability to juggle duties while keeping the patient experience top priority; prior experience with infants or childcare is welcomed, and on-the-job training is provided.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Provide outstanding customer service to all patients.
• Capture a three dimensional, 360° image for each baby using DSi imaging.
• Calibrate, operate and ensure optimal performance of imaging equipment (DSi system).
• Schedule new patient and follow-up appointments into Intergy.
• Enter and process patient information in Intergy.
• Medical office duties including answering phones, cleaning rooms, and rooming patients.
