Job summary

Cranial Technologies in Mountain View, CA is hiring an hourly, full-time Baby Imaging Specialist to join our pediatric imaging team. You will perform 3D imaging for each baby using DSi, deliver outstanding customer service, and support families with care and efficiency. No prior imaging experience required—we train you.

Ideal candidates are energetic, quick learners, and comfortable handling infants. The role includes scheduling, data entry in Intergy, and maintaining a clean, welcoming

Qualifications

• Energetic and enthusiastic personality is a MUST.
• Experience in caring for or working with infants/children.
• Ability to learn new things quickly in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Provide outstanding customer service to all of our patients.
• Work as a team to complete a three dimensional, 360° image for each baby using Digital Surface Imaging (DSi®).
• Calibrate, operate and ensure optimal performance of imaging equipment (DSi system).
• Schedule new patient and follow-up appointments into Intergy (Practice Management Software).
• Obtain, enter and process patient information in Intergy.
• Medical office duties to include answering phones, clean patient rooms and room patients.
