Job summary

Cranial Technologies is seeking a Baby Imaging Specialist to join our team in Silver Spring, MD. The role focuses on delivering exceptional customer service while performing 3D imaging for infants using the DSi system and managing patient flow in a medical imaging setting.

Training is provided to ensure accurate image capture and efficient use of Intergy for scheduling and patient data entry. This on-site position offers benefits and opportunities for growth within a pediatric cranial specialist

Qualifications

• Experience in caring for infants/children or work in customer service with families.
• Ability to learn quickly in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities.
• Comfort juggling multiple duties while keeping patient experience a priority.

Responsibilities

• Provide outstanding customer service to patients and families.
• Capture a three-dimensional, 360° image for each baby using DSi imaging.
• Calibrate and operate imaging equipment for optimal performance; be the point person for DSi system.
