Job summary

Cranial Technologies in Kansas City, MO is seeking an hourly, full-time Baby Imaging Specialist to join our team. You will perform 3D imaging for infants using the DSi system while delivering outstanding patient service.

No sponsorship is available; applicants must be authorized to work in the U.S. Training provided; opportunities for pay growth within a levels program based on performance and tenure.

Qualifications

• Energetic and enthusiastic personality requirements.
• Experience caring for or working with infants/children preferred.
• Customer service experience in high-end settings is beneficial.
• Interest in medical imaging is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Provide outstanding customer service to all patients.
• Perform a three dimensional, 360° image for each baby using Digital Surface Imaging (DSi).
• Calibrate, operate and ensure optimal performance of imaging equipment (DSi system).
• Schedule new patient and follow-up appointments in Intergy Practice Management Software.
• Enter and process patient information in Intergy.
• Handle general medical office duties (phones, rooms, room patients).
