Job summary

Cranial Technologies, Inc. in Columbus, OH is seeking an hourly, full-time Baby Imaging Specialist to join our team. You will provide outstanding customer service to families and capture 3D baby images using the DSi imaging system in a fast-paced pediatric environment.

Ideal candidates bring enthusiasm, a baby-friendly attitude, and comfort with learning new procedures. Training is provided to operate imaging equipment, schedule appointments in Intergy, and manage patient information with care.

Qualifications

• Experience caring for or working with infants/children is desirable.
• Ability to learn new processes quickly in a fast-paced setting.
• Comfort with medical imaging equipment and patient interactions.

Responsibilities

• Provide outstanding customer service to all families.
• Perform a three-dimensional, 360° image of each baby using DSi imaging.
• Calibrate, operate and maintain imaging equipment for optimal results.
• Schedule new patient and follow-up appointments into Intergy.
• Enter and process patient information accurately in Intergy.
• Assist with general medical office duties (phones, rooming patients).
