Job summary

Cranial Technologies in Cypress, TX is seeking a Baby Imaging Specialist to help families by providing outstanding customer service and creating 3D images of each baby using the DSi imaging system.

Ideal candidates are energetic, quick learners who can juggle multiple tasks while keeping the patient experience first. Training is provided; prior experience with infants, childcare, retail, teaching, or medical imaging is a plus.

Qualifications

• Energetic and enthusiastic personality required.
• Ability to learn new things quickly in a fast-paced environment.
• Capability to juggle many duties while keeping patient experience as priority.
• Experience with infants/children, high-end retail customer service, teaching, or medical imaging is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Provide outstanding customer service to patients.
• Capture a 3D, 360° image for each baby using Digital Surface Imaging (DSi).
• Calibrate, operate and ensure optimal performance of imaging equipment (DSi system).
• Schedule new patients and follow-up appointments into Intergy.
