Job summary

Cranial Technologies, Inc. in Silver Spring, MD is seeking an hourly, full-time Baby Imaging Specialist to join our team.

You will perform a three-dimensional imaging workflow for each baby using Digital Surface Imaging (DSi) and serve as the point person to calibrate and operate the imaging equipment. The role emphasizes outstanding customer service, quick learning, and the ability to juggle multiple duties in a fast-paced pediatric imaging environment.

Responsibilities

• Provide outstanding customer service to all patients.
• Create a 3D image for each baby using Digital Surface Imaging (DSi).
• Calibrate and operate imaging equipment to ensure optimal performance.
• Schedule new patients and follow-up appointments in Intergy.
• Enter and process patient information in Intergy.
• Handle basic medical office duties (phones, patient rooms, room patients).
