Job summary

Goode Company Commissary in Stafford, TX is seeking a Pecan Pie Prep to support production of our signature pies with careful handling and pride in a long-standing Texas tradition.

You will prepare components, bake, cool, label, and stage products; maintain clean, food-safe work areas; and assist with seasonal production peaks. Bakery or production experience, ability to follow recipes, and a Food Handler Certification are valued.

Qualifications

• Bakery, pastry, kitchen or production experience preferred.
• Able to follow recipes, measurements, sequences and quality checks.
• Reliable, sanitation-aware, team player; comfortable with repetitive tasks.
• Food Handler Certification.

Responsibilities

• Prepare pie components and finished products according to recipes, production plans, and quality standards.
• Scale, mix, fill, bake, cool, inspect, package, label, and stage products as assigned.
• Monitor appearance, texture, weight, yield, temperatures, rotation, and waste.
• Use bakery tools and commercial equipment safely and report concerns promptly.
• Maintain clean, organized, food-safe work areas and protect allergen controls.
• Support changing production priorities during seasonal peak periods.
