Job summary

Goode Company is seeking a Pecan Pie Prep team member to help produce our signature pecan pies. You will follow recipes, assist with scale, mix, fill, bake, cool, and package products while maintaining quality and safety standards.

Ideal candidates have bakery or pastry experience, attention to detail, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment. This role includes weekly payroll and dining discounts, with benefits for part-time staff after eligibility terms.

Qualifications

• Bakery, pastry, kitchen, or production experience preferred.
• Able to follow recipes, measurements, sequences, and quality checks.
• Reliability, sanitation awareness, and teamwork.
• Comfort with repetitive production tasks and standing for long periods.

Responsibilities

• Prepare pie components and finished products according to recipes, production plans, and quality standards.
• Scale, mix, fill, bake, cool, inspect, package, label, and stage products as assigned.
• Monitor appearance, texture, weight, yield, temperatures, rotation, and waste.
• Use bakery tools and commercial equipment safely and report concerns promptly.
• Maintain clean, organized food-safe work areas and protect allergen controls.
• Support changing production priorities during seasonal peak periods.
