Emporium Pies in Dallas is seeking a Baker to prepare high-quality pies and bakery items in a production bakery environment supporting multiple locations. The role emphasizes consistency, efficiency, food safety, and teamwork to produce large volumes to meet daily needs.

You will follow recipes and procedures, help ensure fresh products reach all locations on schedule, and adapt to peak holiday periods with flexibility and strong work ethic in a fast-paced setting.

Responsibilities

• Prepare pies and bakery items according to established recipes, quality standards, and production schedules.
• Measure, mix, assemble, bake, and package products consistently and accurately.
• Follow daily production lists to ensure inventory needs are met for all locations.
• Maintain high standards for product appearance, taste, portioning, and consistency.
• Safely operate bakery equipment and tools.
• Monitor product quality throughout the baking process and communicate any concerns.
• Follow all food safety, sanitation, and cleanliness procedures.
• Assist with inventory organization, stocking, and preparation for future production.
• Support additional bakery needs and projects as assigned.
