EY-Parthenon in the United States is seeking a Senior Associate-Consultant to join the Strategy and Execution Telecommunications Private Equity Value Creation team. You will perform data-driven analyses, develop actionable recommendations, and contribute to client-ready deliverables on go-to-market, pricing, and operations.

The role requires an MBA or equivalent degree, 2+ years in related fields, and ability to travel; in-person client/site work is expected about 60% of the time.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of related work experience or a graduate degree with ~18 months experience.
• Strong proficiency in Excel modelling and PowerPoint storytelling.
• Experience in management consulting, investment banking, corporate strategy, or operating roles with growth/operational improvement.

Responsabilités

• Conduct structured, data-driven analysis to identify root causes and quantify opportunities.
• Develop hypotheses and data-backed recommendations across go-to-market, pricing, customer success, product, and operations.
• Prepare client-ready deliverables and contribute to presentations with increasing independence.
• Support Directors and Partners by preparing materials for client meetings.
• Take ownership of discrete workstreams and lead discussions with limited oversight.
• Collaborate with cross-functional client teams and EY-Parthenon colleagues to drive alignment.
