Qualifikationen

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Accounting, Finance, Engineering, Computer Science, or Analytics with 2 years of related work experience.
• Graduate degree with ~18 months of related work experience.
• Experience in management consulting, investment banking, corporate strategy, or operating roles with exposure to growth or operational improvement.
• Strong proficiency in Excel modelling, PowerPoint storytelling and structured problem solving.
• Ability to work independently and take ownership of deliverables.
• Experience developing client presentations and communicating insights effectively.
• Understanding financial statements and performance metrics.
• Experience leading and managing in complex business environments.
• In-person teaming at client site or EY office, minimum 60% of the time.

• Conduct structured, data-driven analysis to identify root causes and quantify opportunities using Excel and other tools.
• Drive structured analysis to identify root causes, quantify opportunities, and develop actionable recommendations across go-to-market, pricing, customer success, product, and operations.
• Develop and test hypotheses addressing complex business problems across go-to-market, pricing, customer success, product, and operations.
• Prepare client-ready deliverables and contribute to presentations with increasing independence.
• Support Directors and Partners with materials and insights for client meetings.
• Take ownership of discrete workstreams and lead internal and client discussions with limited oversight.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive alignment and momentum.
