Job summary

Grant Thornton is seeking a Transactions and PE Marketing Manager to drive campaigns, content, and thought leadership for the transactions advisory practice. You will partner with leadership and the marketing team to execute integrated marketing programs across priority offerings and the private equity channel.

The role emphasizes collaboration, rigorous execution, and the ability to manage multiple initiatives in a fast-paced, matrixed environment within professional services.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Communications or related field; MBA preferred.
• 5-7 years of marketing experience, 3+ years in B2B professional services or advisory environments.
• Strong grasp of marketing channels and their impact on business goals.
• Excellent written and verbal communication; capable of compelling content and presentations.
• Proven project management, organization, and collaboration skills.
• Willingness to travel as needed.

Responsibilities

• Support planning and execution of go-to-market campaigns aligned to priority transactions and private equity offerings.
• Coordinate integrated campaigns across digital, content, events, and thought leadership channels.
• Ensure brand alignment and asset integration across marketing functions.
• Develop and distribute PE-focused content including insights and case studies.
• Collaborate with leaders to deliver POVs and campaign assets for client needs.
• Broaden solution penetration by partnering with Audit, Tax and advisory teams.
• Track campaign performance metrics and adjust strategies as needed.
• Maintain campaign calendars and project timelines to deliver on schedule.
• Identify opportunities to improve campaign effectiveness and processes.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
