Job summary

Grant Thornton is seeking a Transactions and PE Marketing Manager to drive awareness, engagement, and pipeline growth for the transactions advisory practice. You will translate business priorities into targeted campaigns, collaborate across marketing functions, and deliver PE-focused assets and programs.

The role requires 5–7 years in B2B marketing, with strong channel know-how and a collaborative, execution-oriented mindset.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Communications or related field; MBA preferred

Responsibilities

• Support the planning and execution of go-to-market campaigns aligned to priority transactions and private equity offerings
• Coordinate integrated marketing campaigns across digital, content, events, and thought leadership channels
• Work across interdisciplinary marketing functions to ensure brand alignment, campaign coordination, and marketing asset integration
• Manage development and distribution of transactions and PE-focused marketing content including insights, case studies, and campaign materials
• Coordinate with business leaders, internal subject matter experts, business and marketing teams to deliver unique POVs, campaign assets and programs that address client needs
• Collaborate with Audit, Tax, and other advisory teams to broaden solution penetration within the private equity channel’s firms and portfolio companies
• Track and report on campaign performance metrics such as engagement, lead generation, and pipeline contribution, using metrics to recommend alternative strategies if necessary
• Maintain campaign calendars, coordinate project timelines, and ensure marketing initiatives are delivered on schedule
• Identify opportunities to improve campaign effectiveness, marketing processes, and overall program efficiency
