Job summary

Brex seeks a Private Equity Partnerships Specialist to drive targeted outbound campaigns and build qualified pipeline across PE firms. You will work with the PE lead, Account Executives, and data partners to prepare for partner conversations with data-backed insights.

Based in San Francisco in a hybrid setting, you’ll analyze portfolio activity in Hex, craft compelling case studies in Google Slides, and advance PE portfolio opportunities through rigorous follow-up and collaboration.

Qualifications

• 1+ year in an SDR/BDR, Customer Success, PE sourcing or similar client-facing role.
• Experience building outbound campaigns, researching contacts, writing sequences, and setting meetings.
• Strong commercial judgment and ability to communicate with senior finance/operating executives.
• Ability to translate data into case studies and presentations.

Responsibilities

• Build and execute weekly outbound campaigns to private equity firms and generate meetings.
• Generate top-of-funnel pipeline through thoughtful outreach and follow-ups.
• Support PE partner meetings by pulling data and creating case studies in slides.
• Collaborate with Account Executives and CS to pursue value-creation opportunities.
• Track campaign performance and propose new segments or outreach strategies.
