• BS in Civil Engineering and California PE license required.
• 7+ years of construction contract management experience for roadway/bridge projects.
• Working knowledge of CALTRANS and local agency projects.
• Able to effectively manage people.

Responsibilities

• Serve as Owner’s representative on bridge, roadway, and civil construction projects.
• Manage Quality Control and Quality Assurance.
• Review change orders, shop drawings, materials testing, and surveying activities.
• Conduct weekly project meetings and oversee utility coordination.
• Prepare progress and final documentation meeting State and Federal Highway Administration requirements.
• Supervise staff and manage project profitability.
