Qualifications

• Strong knowledge of transportation, land development, and permitting processes.

Responsibilities

• Manage projects from scope to close, including budget and quality control.
• Serve as primary client contact and maintain strong relationships.
• Oversee engineering teams, subconsultants, and support staff.
• Lead site development planning, reports, calculations, and permit applications.
• Review designs for compliance with codes and client requirements.
• Support business development and proposal efforts.
• Mentor junior engineers and project staff.
