LVI Associates in Bellevue, WA is seeking a Civil Project Engineer to own planning, design, and construction phases on site development projects. This role offers a hybrid/remote arrangement and requires the ability to work with minimal supervision while coordinating with internal teams and agencies.

You will prepare construction plans and reports, develop grading and road designs in AutoCAD Civil 3D, manage timelines and budgets, and collaborate with drafters and sub-consultants to keep

Competenze

• PE license required (ability to obtain additional state licensure as needed).
• Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or related field (or equivalent).
• 4+ years of civil engineering experience within an engineering or construction firm
• 4+ years of site development design experience
• Proficiency in AutoCAD Civil 3D including grading tools, alignments, profiles, corridors, and surfaces
• Strong project management and client relationship skills

With over two decades in the industry and offices throughout North America, the firm delivers high-quality site development and infrastructure work across a wide range of markets including commercial, residential, industrial, and emerging sectors.

The Role

A project-facing civil engineering role with real ownership across planning, design, and construction phases. You'll work with minimal supervision, lead coordination across internal teams and agencies, and contribute to a broad portfolio of site development projects.

• Prepare construction plans, feasibility reports, cost estimates, drainage reports, and project documents
• Develop grading plans, road design, profiles, and details using AutoCAD Civil 3D
• Perform detailed calculations for stormwater facilities, utility systems, and roadway improvements
• Coordinate with review agencies, clients, and sub-consultants for permitting
• Prepare site development plans for residential, commercial, industrial, and mixed-use projects

Required Qualifications

Compensation

• $85,000 to $135,000 depending on experience, plus performance-based bonus
