Job summary

LVI Associates in Bellevue, WA is seeking a Civil Project Engineer to own planning, design, and construction phases on site development projects. This role offers a hybrid/remote arrangement and requires the ability to work with minimal supervision while coordinating with internal teams and agencies.

You will prepare construction plans and reports, develop grading and road designs in AutoCAD Civil 3D, manage timelines and budgets, and collaborate with drafters and sub-consultants to keep

Qualifications

• PE license required (ability to obtain additional state licensure as needed).
• Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or related field (or equivalent).
• 4+ years of civil engineering experience within an engineering or construction firm
• 4+ years of site development design experience
• Proficiency in AutoCAD Civil 3D including grading tools, alignments, profiles, corridors, and surfaces
• Strong project management and client relationship skills

Responsibilities

• Perform detailed calculations for stormwater facilities, utility systems, and roadway improvements

• Collaborate with drafters, designers, and administrative staff to keep projects on track

The Role

Compensation

• $85,000 to $135,000 depending on experience, plus performance-based bonus
