Responsibilities

Oversees field inspections and feasibility studies to support PD&E decisions.
Reviews PD&E documents and roadway plans for compliance with standards.
Performs engineering analysis considering socio-economics, safety, and environmental impacts.
Coordinates with partner agencies and manages public involvement.
Develops contract scope and manages consultant contracts and invoices.
Provides project status reports and schedules.
