STV is seeking a Florida-based Project Development & Environmental (PD&E) Director to lead the PD&E program across the state. You will shape strategy, win work, and build a high-performing team, collaborating with senior leadership and transportation agencies to advance projects from planning through environmental approval.

This leadership role requires a minimum of 10 years in PD&E/NEPA, FDOT experience, and a proven sellerdoer with strong client relationships.

Qualificações

• Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or Planning (Master's preferred).
• 10+ years of PD&E and NEPA experience.
• Florida PE license or AICP certification.
• Direct experience delivering transportation planning and PD&E studies.
• FDOT experience required across districts.
• Sellerdoer with business development and client management.
• Leading multidisciplinary teams on technically complex projects.
• Strong reputation in Florida's transportation community.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills for client meetings and executive discussions.
• Proven project management and financial management capabilities.

Responsabilidades

• Build and grow STV's PD&E practice across Florida, including staff development and succession planning.
• Serve as a sellerdoer, leading client development and pursuit strategy for PD&E.
• Act as a senior client interface with FDOT and other agencies at federal, state, and local levels.
• Oversee PD&E documents, including PE reports, analyses, and environmental documents.
• Direct multidisciplinary teams to deliver PD&E and planning projects.
• Establish and negotiate project scopes, budgets, staffing, schedules, and delivery strategies.
• Collaborate with directors to ensure standards and high-quality execution.
• Drive collaboration across planning, engineering, environmental and traffic disciplines.
• Strengthen client relationships and convert them into new work.
• Support public involvement, executive briefings, and stakeholder presentations.
• Represent STV in industry participation and thought leadership.
