Job summary

STV is seeking a Florida-based Project Development & Environmental (PD&E) Director to drive the transportation project lifecycle across Florida, including PD&E leadership and client development. The role prioritizes growth across FDOT districts and expansion of the PD&E practice.

You will collaborate with senior leadership and agencies, lead PD&E documents, and manage multidisciplinary teams to deliver high-profile projects across Central and North Florida.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or Planning, Master’s preferred.
• Minimum of 10 years of PD&E and NEPA experience with leadership on complex transportation programs.
• Florida PE license or AICP certification.

Responsibilities

• Lead PD&E strategy across Florida and drive opportunities.
• Act as a sellerdoer with client development and pursuit strategy for PD&E and planning.
• Oversee multidisciplinary teams delivering PD&E and planning projects.
