Responsibilities

• Oversees field inspections and feasibility studies, cost estimates, and preliminary engineering to support corridor location and design.
• Manages PD&E studies and reviews PD&E documents and roadway plans for standards compliance.
• Performs engineering analyses considering socio-economics, environment, right-of-way, traffic, and safety.
• Coordinates public involvement activities and meetings; prepares displays and literature.
• Prepares project status reports and coordinates with partner agencies and consultants.
