Job summary

You will analyze data, collaborate across teams, and participate in DOE, SPC, and continuous improvement initiatives to boost yield, quality, and productivity, while building foundational semiconductor manufacturing skills.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's or Master's in a STEM field.
• Graduating within 24 months or graduated within the last 24 months.
• Foundational knowledge of semiconductor manufacturing, materials science, process engineering, or related fields.

Responsibilities

• Support PCVD process development and optimization.
• Analyze process data to identify trends and root causes.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to meet production goals.
• Participate in DOE, SPC, and data-driven improvement projects.
• Document findings and communicate recommendations to stakeholders.
