Position Overview
As a PCVD Process Engineer, you will contribute to the development, optimization, and sustainment of semiconductor manufacturing processes. You will gain hands-on experience in a state-of-the-art fabrication environment, partnering with teams to improve yield, quality, reliability, and productivity.

Responsibilities
- Support the development, optimization, and sustainment of PCVD processes to improve product performance, manufacturing efficiency, and yield.
- Analyze process and manufacturing data to identify trends, investigate issues, and implement effective corrective actions.
- Collaborate with Process Integration, Equipment, Manufacturing, Quality, and other engineering teams to achieve production and technology objectives.
- Participate in process qualifications, experiments, and continuous improvement initiatives using statistical and engineering methodologies.
- Employ data analytics tools to evaluate process performance and drive data-informed decisions.
- Explore and apply AI-assisted and Agentic AI workflows to enhance process monitoring, engineering productivity, and problem-solving.
- Document findings, present technical results, and communicate recommendations to interested parties.
Minimum Qualifications
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Chemical Engineering, Materials Science, Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Physics, Chemistry, or a related STEM discipline.
- Graduating before the start date or graduated within the last 24 months.
- Foundational knowledge of semiconductor manufacturing, materials science, process engineering, or related technical fields through coursework, research, internships, or co-op experience.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and troubleshooting skills demonstrated through academic projects, research, laboratory work, or internships!
- Ability to communicate technical concepts effectively and collaborate within a team-oriented environment!
Preferred Qualifications
- Internship, co-op, research, or laboratory experience in semiconductor manufacturing, microelectronics, nanotechnology, materials processing, plasma-enhanced deposition systems, or related technologies.
- Experience with statistical process control (SPC), experimental design (DOE), process characterization, or data visualization techniques.
- Familiarity with programming, scripting, or data analysis tools such as Python, JMP, MATLAB, SQL, or similar platforms.
- Experience applying AI, Generative AI, or AI-assisted tools to support engineering, research, automation, or data analysis projects.
- Demonstrated leadership through student organizations, research teams, design competitions, project-based coursework, or community involvement.
