Aura Health is seeking experienced PCU Registered Nurses for flexible per diem hospital shifts in Hampton Roads, Virginia. Enjoy the freedom to choose your own schedule, with shifts from 7a-7p and 7p-7a, and options for daily and weekly pay.
Join a locally owned staffing team with over 15 years of experience, dedicated to high-quality patient care. Required: Virginia RN license, 2+ years PCU experience, BLS & ACLS, QuantiFERON-TB Gold, and COVID-19 vaccination or approved exemption.
Qualifications
- Active Virginia RN license.
- 2+ years PCU nursing experience in past 4 years.
- AHA BLS and ACLS certifications.
- Recent QuantiFERON-TB Gold test.
- COVID-19 vaccination or approved exemption.
Responsibilities
- Assess, monitor, and document patient conditions.
- Monitor cardiac rhythms and status changes.
- Administer medications, IV therapies, and treatments.
- Collaborate with healthcare teams.
- Maintain accurate electronic medical records.
- Follow infection control and safety standards.
- Educate patients and families on care and discharge plans.
- Adapt to various hospital units and environments.
