Job summary

Aura Health in Virginia is seeking experienced PCU Registered Nurses for per diem hospital shifts in the Hampton Roads area. You will assess, monitor, and document patient conditions, interpret cardiac rhythms, and administer medications and IV therapies.

Candidates must hold a Virginia RN license with at least 2 years of recent PCU experience, current BLS and ACLS, TB test within 12 months, and COVID-19 vaccination or an approved exemption.

Qualifications

• Active Virginia RN license required.
• Minimum 2 years of recent PCU experience within the past 4 years.
• Current BLS and ACLS by the American Heart Association.
• QuantiFERON-TB Gold test within 12 months.
• COVID-19 vaccination or approved exemption.
• Additional credentials may be required by facilities.

Responsibilities

• Assess, monitor, and document patient conditions.
• Interpret cardiac rhythms and administer medications and IV therapies.
• Collaborate with care teams and educate patients and families.
• Maintain electronic records and coordinate with staff.
