First Choice Nurses of Eastern VA is hiring experienced PCU Registered Nurses for per diem hospital shifts in Hampton Roads, Virginia. You can pick up shifts ranging from 7a-7p or 7p-7a to fit your schedule.

We offer competitive per diem pay, daily/weekly pay options, and flexible scheduling. Required: Virginia RN license, BLS/ACLS, and recent PCU experience. Vaccination or approved exemption may be required.

Qualifications

• Active Virginia RN license required.
• Minimum 2 years of recent PCU nursing experience.
• Current AHA BLS and ACLS certifications.
• QuantiFERON-TB test within past 12 months.
• COVID-19 vaccination or approved exemption.

Responsabilités

• Assess, monitor, and document patient conditions in PCU.
• Monitor cardiac rhythms and patient status changes.
• Administer medications, IV therapies, and treatments.
• Collaborate with physicians and interdisciplinary care teams.
• Maintain accurate electronic medical records.
• Follow infection-control and patient-safety standards.
