Baystate Health is hiring Patient Care Technicians (PCTs) and Health Unit Coordinators (HUCs) for the Med/Surg units at Baystate Franklin Medical Center in Greenfield, MA. This combined role blends hands-on patient care with unit coordination and administrative support.

Qualifications

• Strong communication with patients, families and healthcare teams.
• Ability to stay professional in a fast-paced healthcare environment.

Responsabilités

• Provide compassionate patient care including daily activities, mobility, hygiene, and comfort.
• Monitor and document vital signs, intake/output, and changes in patient condition.
• Assist with patient safety, treatments, procedures, specimen collection, phlebotomy, and EKGs as trained.
• Support unit operations through communication, coordination, and administrative tasks.
• Collaborate with nurses, physicians, and interdisciplinary teams to deliver high-quality care.
