Baystate Franklin Medical Center in Greenfield, MA seeks a Patient Care Technician for night shifts across multiple inpatient departments. You will support nurses and care teams, assist with activities of daily living, monitor vitals, and contribute to high-quality patient care in a fast-paced hospital setting.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• BLS CPR certification through the American Heart Association required.
• At least one year of patient care experience preferred.
• PCT or CNA training preferred.

The Patient Care Technician Will:

• Provide compassionate patient care, assisting with daily activities, mobility, hygiene, and comfort.

• Collaborate with nurses and interdisciplinary teams to deliver safe, high‑quality care.

Schedule Details

• Job Type: Full-Time, Part-Time & Per Diem
• Shift: Days, primarily 7:00 PM–7:00 AM
• Weekend Requirement: Every other weekend

No employee will be paid below the minimum of the range. Pay ranges are listed as hourly for non‑exempt employees and based on assumed full‑time commitment for exempt employees.
