The PCT builds therapeutic relationships and provides trust-building, strength based individualized care that is consistent with the child’s treatment plan, using the least restrictive interventions necessary while upholding the rights and dignity of children and their families at all times. Provides direct care to psychiatric minor patients, and as such this position is considered “essential” and is expected to report as scheduled during emergency events.
A fingerprint-based criminal history check and reference checks are required for the selected candidate for this position.
