The Department of Behavioral Health and Developmental Services in Staunton, VA is seeking a Part Time Registered Nurse (CCCA) to join the child and adolescent inpatient team.

Job Duties The Part Time RN works under supervision of the RN Manager I, upholding the professional image of the Nursing Department as a role model & mentor for other disciplines. Utilizing knowledge base and experience, the RN provides age-specific nursing care to children and adolescents psychiatric patients through the nursing process in accordance with hospital policy & procedures & standards of nursing practice. The nurse maintains a safe, therapeutic environment, using the least restrictive measures necessary & upholds the rights and dignity of the children & their families at all times.
