Job summary

STAT Home Health in Pensacola is seeking an Experienced Home Health Sales Representative to join the patient care team. You will develop referral sources, educate physicians and discharge planners, and grow the patient census through outbound calls and in-person visits.

The role requires a Bachelor's in Business or Marketing or two years in marketing/sales, at least two years in home health, proven sales success, and strong MS Office skills. ESOP benefits offered.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Marketing or two years progressive sales/marketing experience.
• At least two years’ home health experience in health care industry.
• Documented sales success; verifiable awards from previous positions.
• General computer skills with Microsoft Office.
• Cold calling experience; highly ethical, self-motivated team player.

Responsibilities

• Build relationships with referral sources by daily visits to physician offices, hospitals and facilities.
• Educate referral sources and patients about home health options and services.
• Develop and manage a defined sales territory to meet census goals.
• Present and promote services to hospitals, discharge planners and organizations.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Marketing or have two years progressive experience in marketing and sales
• At least two years’ home health experience in health care industry
• Documented sales success; Candidates should have verifiable sales success/awards from previous positions
• General Computer skills with a working knowledge of Microsoft Office
• Experience with formal sales training preferred
• Cold calling as well for business generation
• Must be a highly ethical, self-motivated team player
