STAT Home Health is hiring an Experienced Clinical Home Health Sales Representative RN/LPN to join our patient care team in Hot Springs, AR. You will cultivate referrals by engaging physicians, discharge planners, and hospitals, while maintaining a productive sales territory.

You should have AR RN or LPN licensure, a business/marketing degree or equivalent sales experience, and at least two years in home health. ESOP is a core benefit, with competitive pay and opportunities for advancement.

Qualifications

• Current RN or LPN license in Arkansas.
• Bachelor’s in Business Administration/Marketing or two years of marketing and sales experience.
• Two years of home health experience preferred.

Responsibilities

Essential duties include

• Build sales relationships by daily interactions with physicians and discharge planners at hospital to ensure referraladmissions
• Maintain consistency with market analysis reflecting referral source targets
• Maintain sales territory in order to meet census goals and comfortable with sales technique such as cold calling and contact planning

Qualifications

• Current Registered Nurse RN or Licensed Practical Nurse LPN in the State of Arkansas
• Bachelors Degree in Business Administration Marketing or have two years progressive experience in marketing and sales
• At least two years home health experience in health care industry
• Documented sales success; Candidates should have verifiable sales successawards from previous positions
• General Computer skills with a working knowledge of Microsoft Office
• Experience with formal sales training preferred
• Cold calling as well for business generation
• Must be a highly ethical self motivated team player
