STAT Home Health in Lake Charles, LA is hiring an experienced Clinical PCR Sales Representative (RN/LPN). You will educate referral sources and patients about home health options, build lasting relationships with physicians and discharge planners, and drive census goals through daily visits in hospital and community settings.

Qualifications include active RN/LPN licensure in Louisiana, sales experience, and excellent communication skills; state-level licensing and healthcare knowledge beneficial.

Qualifications

• Current RN or LPN licensure in Louisiana.
• Two years progressive experience in marketing and sales or a BA in business/marketing.
• At least two years’ home health experience preferred.
• Documented sales success; verifiable sales awards from previous positions.

Responsibilities

• Educate and inform referral sources and patients about home health options during daily visits.
• Build and maintain relationships with physicians, discharge planners, hospitals, SNFs.
• Engage in cold calling and contact planning to meet census goals.
• Deliver presentations to healthcare professionals.

Qualifications:

• Current Registered Nurse (RN) or Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) in the State of Louisiana
• Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Marketing or have two years progressive experience in marketing and sales
• At least two years’ home health experience in health care industry
• Documented sales success; Candidates should have verifiable sales success/awards from previous positions
• General Computer skills with a working knowledge of Microsoft Office
• Experience with formal sales training preferred
• Cold calling as well for business generation
