PCO Program Schedule Lead – US, Ohio – 12 Month Contract

Be part of a next‑generation pharmaceutical project that’s transforming how medicines are made. We’re supporting a major new‑build facility in Ohio, a multi‑billion‑dollar investment designed to push the boundaries of science and engineering.

What you’ll do

• Provide independent reviews of project schedules, focusing on logic integrity, sequencing, float erosion, critical path validity, forecast completion dates and schedule realism.
• Challenge schedule assumptions, durations, constraints and recovery strategies to ensure that forecasts are achievable and not simply optimistic.
• Validate schedule impacts arising from project change, delays, scope movement, risk events and recovery plans.
• Lead and coordinate Schedule Risk Analyses at project and program level, ensuring probabilistic schedule assessments are completed at key project gates and before major baseline submissions.

What you’ll need

• Extensive experience in project controls, planning or scheduling on large‑scale capital projects.
• Strong experience providing schedule assurance, schedule analysis and independent challenge on complex programs.
• Advanced knowledge of CPM scheduling and Primavera P6.
• Experience developing, reviewing or assuring large‑scale integrated master schedules.
• Strong understanding of critical path methodology, float analysis, logic integrity, schedule risk analysis and forecast confidence.
