Job summary

Quanta Consultancy Services Ltd in the United States (Ohio) is seeking an Operational Readiness Planner to support a major life sciences project, including a new-build facility in Ohio. Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in engineering or related field required.
  • Extensive project scheduling experience required.
  • Experience in GMP environments and pharma/biotech industries desired.

Operational Readiness Planner – US, Ohio – Initial 12-Month Contract – Life Sciences

Be part of a next-generation pharmaceutical project that’s transforming how medicines are made. We’re supporting a major new-build facility in Ohio, a multi-billion-dollar investment designed to push the boundaries of science and engineering. We’re looking for an Operational Readiness Planner to support this project and help deliver this world-class program.

What you’ll deliver
  • Create and maintain the operational readiness schedule (Primavera P6 / MS Project).
  • Coordinate updates with project managers and workstream leads.
  • Perform schedule analysis, identify critical path, dependencies, and risks.
  • Provide schedule dashboards/reports to stakeholders.
  • Track performance, variances, and issues.
What you’ll need
  • Bachelor’s in Engineering, Construction Management, Project Management, or related field.
  • Extensive project scheduling experience.
  • Experience in pharmaceutical/biotechnology industry.
  • Experience in GMP environments.
  • Proficient in Primavera P6 (essential).
  • Strong communication and analytical skills.
