The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in scheduling for large industrial or pharmaceutical projects, with strong skills in Primavera P6 and schedule analytics. This position requires onsite presence five days a week.

Schedule Lead - US, Ohio - Contract

Be part of a next-generation pharmaceutical project that’s transforming how medicines are made. We’re supporting a major new‑build facility in Ohio, a multi‑billion‑dollar investment designed to push the boundaries of science and engineering.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the site‑based scheduling lead, coordinating daily with EPC, construction, and C&Q teams
• Develop, maintain, and analyze detailed project schedules using Primavera P6
• Perform schedule trending, metrics reporting, and analytics to identify risks and performance gaps
• Bridge communication and alignment between EPC schedulers and C&Q schedulers
• Validate schedule logic, sequencing, and critical path integrity across all project phases

Qualifications

• Extensive scheduling experience on large industrial, pharma, or EPC projects
• Must be onsite, 5 days/week
• Strong background in metrics, trending, analytics, and schedule integrity
• Experience bridging gaps between EPC schedulers and C&Q schedulers
• Deep understanding of Primavera P6 and schedule governance
