Job summary

Quanta Consultancy Services Ltd. is seeking a Project Controls Analyst for an Ohio-based, 12-month contract to support a major pharmaceutical capital programme.

You will convert complex P6 data into actionable insights, develop dashboards, and present concise updates to project managers and EPCM teams, leveraging Excel and Power BI to drive informed decisions.

Qualifications

• 3+ years in project controls, planning, scheduling, PMO reporting or project data analysis on major construction/EPC/EPCM/engineering projects.
• Hands-on Power BI capability, including dashboard creation or modification, Power Query, data modelling and DAX—not just consuming reports.
• Working knowledge of Primavera P6/CPM scheduling: logic, critical path, constraints, baselines, forecasts, float and milestones.
• Experience producing practical schedule lookaheads, variance/exception reporting and concise stakeholder briefings; advanced Excel essential.
