Job summary

Qualifications

• Requires a Bachelor’s degree in Electrical/ Electronics Engineering or related field.
• 8+ years in test engineering within EMS/PCBA or electronics manufacturing.
• 3+ years leading or managing engineering teams.
• Strong expertise in PCBA Functional Testing, ICT, and Flying Probe Testing.
• Experience with NPI, production ramp-up, yield improvement and high-volume manufacturing.

Responsibilities

• Lead, mentor, and develop a team of Test Engineers with clear priorities and timelines.
• Define test strategies, standards, and best practices across manufacturing programs.
• Oversee development, validation, and maintenance of PCBA testing solutions (Functional Test, ICT, Flying Probe).
• Drive root-cause analysis and corrective actions to improve test reliability and manufacturing performance.
• Collaborate with NPI, Manufacturing, Quality, Design Engineering, and Program Management to ensure production readiness.
