Amphenol APC in New Hampshire is seeking a dedicated technician to manage rework processes across departments. The role requires performing critical PCB rework on rigid, rigid-flex, and flex products, while ensuring safety and high quality in a dynamic manufacturing setting.

Responsibilities include diagnosing nonconforming parts, coordinating with engineers, updating batch cards and process specs, and supporting continuous improvement initiatives.

Formación

• Associate's degree or equivalent from two-year College or technical school; or six months to one year related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.

Responsabilidades

• Provide ongoing manufacturing support throughout the composite and layer shop as required.
• Work safely to prevent injuries and follow all safety regulations.
• Perform critical rework on Rigid, Rigid-Flex and Flex product lines (solder mask and Surface Finish).
• Evaluate, analyze and verify causes of non-conforming product and related assemblies, including returns and disposition.
• Interact with customers and internal engineering as needed.
• Document process changes with MCN notes in collaboration with Process/Quality Engineers.
• Assist engineers and technicians in other departments as needed.
• Monitor action items and progress against assigned tasks.
• Update or write new process specifications as required.
• Lead and participate in continuous improvement by identifying systemic problems.
• Possible overtime and weekend shifts to support deliveries.
• Maintain positive interactions with customers, vendors, and coworkers.
