Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• 10+ years of relevant experience in electronics repair.
• IPC-A-610, J-STD-001 and 7711/21 certifications required.

Responsibilities

• Repair complex PCB assemblies and rework components.
• Review RMAs, document repair steps, and ensure quality compliance.
• Hand-solder SMT and THT components per specifications.
• Collaborate with Quality Engineers on root-cause investigations.
• Maintain accurate records and support RMA, test, and logistics teams.
