Intervala, LLC is seeking a skilled Repair Technician to rework and repair completed goods returned on RMAs, ensuring products meet specifications and are documented per procedures. You will perform complex PCB repairs, component-level work, refurbishments, and assembly tasks while maintaining meticulous quality records.

The role requires IPC-A-610, J-STD-001, and 7711/21 certifications along with 10+ years of hands-on experience in high-volume electronics repair, and a strong focus on accuracy

Competenze

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• IPC-A-610 Certification current.
• J-STD-001 Certification current.
• 7711/21 Certification current.
• 10+ years of relevant experience in repair of electronic assemblies.

Mansioni

• Perform complex repair of printed circuit board assemblies.
• Perform component-level repairs, replacements, adjustments, and calibrations.
• Execute refurbishments based on approved work instructions or engineering guidance.
• Review RMA or MR documentation and confirm required work scope.
• Maintain clear documentation of all repair steps and replaced parts.
• Capture photos, measurements, and details for quality records.
• Follow all SOPs, WI, safety protocols, and ESD handling standards.
• Ensure repairs meet quality specs and customer expectations.
• Identify non-repairable returns and escalate as needed.
• Work with Quality Engineers during root-cause investigations.
• Support RMA team, test technicians, and logistics staff.
• Contribute to reduced repeat repairs and faster turnaround.
• Hand-solder SMT and THT components per specs.
• Assemble chassis and electromechanical devices.
• Suggest documentation improvements for quality.
• Perform verification tests per assembly instructions.
