Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent is preferred.
• Hand solder certification is required.
• Basic math and communication skills are expected.

Responsibilities

• Prioritize production tasks based on guidelines.
• Locate and collect parts by cross-referencing part numbers.
• Perform board repairs per procedure and route to next operation.
• Conduct on-line rework/repair duties as required.
• Perform hand solder operations and inspect rework/repairs.
• Enter board quantities into the tracking system and maintain records.
• Operate the solder pot to remove/replace damaged components.
• Perform de-solder operations on assemblies as needed.
• Obtain drawings and paperwork with correct effective date for each assembly.
