Job summary

MB Solder Tech is seeking a detail‑oriented solder technician to handle rework, repair, SMT and through‑hole tasks. You will verify CID, clean flux, inspect for defects, and keep precise records while maintaining a clean, safe workspace in a fast-paced warehouse.

Responsibilities include meeting KPI targets, turning in daily KPI reports, and following 5S standards. Ideal candidates have 6+ months soldering experience, IPC/STC certifications, and proficiency with MS Excel.

Qualifications

• Over 6 months experience in soldering or related tasks.
• IPC certification preferred; STC is a plus.
• Ability to multitask, meet deadlines and work independently.
• Proficient with MS Excel for basic reports.
• Detail-oriented with meticulous work standards.
• Customer-focused and a team player.
• Good attendance and overtime willingness.
• Ability to read and follow written instructions.
• Experience with Temp Agencies is a plus.
• Able to work in a warehouse with varying noise levels.

Responsibilities

• Solder work per rework/repair requirements.
• Follow rework and repair instructions and procedures.
• Check CID and ensure MB is good before soldering.
• Clean flux residue using alcohol and cloth.
• Inspect for cold/short solder pads and fix.
• Identify and fix Solder Bridges and shifted pads.
• Verify correct polarity and tidy soldering.
• Keep MB clean before moving to next station.
• Meet KPI targets and submit KPI reports daily.
• Maintain ESD records daily and follow 5S standards.
