Job summary

Benchmark is seeking a Production Inspector to perform routine visual, mechanical and electrical inspection of printed circuit boards and assemblies across production stages. You will follow detailed process sheets, verify component placement, soldering, and labels, and route boards for rework as needed.

Work requires using inspection tools and ERP systems, maintaining accurate process documentation, and contributing to continuous improvement.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• 1+ year basic electronics manufacturing experience.
• 2+ years advanced electronics inspection experience (AOI preferred).

Responsibilities

• Inspect PCBs, systems and sub-assemblies to quality standards.
• Verify placement, soldering, markings, and labels on boards.
• Operate inspection equipment including Nicolet X-ray and AOI as needed.
