Qualifications

1+ years of basic electronics manufacturing experience.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Effective interpersonal and multitasking abilities.
Ability to work with minimal supervision and guidance.

Responsibilities

Inspects boards and assemblies for proper component placement, soldering, and markings.
Follows Process Sheets, Change Orders, and other instructions to ensure quality.
Verifies paperwork, dates, and labeling; routes boards for rework as needed.
Performs minimal rework and hand soldering on PCB assemblies.
Maintains accurate process documentation and supports continuous improvement.
