Bench in Rochester, MN seeks a Production Inspector I for the 4th shift to perform routine visual, mechanical and electrical inspection of PCBs, systems and sub-assemblies. You will work from detailed instructions, verify component placement, soldering, and labels, and enter data into ERP systems to ensure quality and traceability.

The role requires a High School Diploma, 1+ years in electronics manufacturing, and the ability to work in a 24/7 global operation.

Formación

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• 1+ years of basic electronics manufacturing experience.
• May perform PIR, WPI, FPI, AOI.

Responsabilidades

• Inspect PCB components, soldering, markings and quality per process sheets.
• Verify paperwork and correct effective dates for each job.
• Check board placement, polarity and labels on circuit boards.
• Record quantities in ERP system and related software.
• Perform limited rework/repair and light hand soldering as needed.
• Follow instructions and maintain accurate process documentation and continuous improvement.
